Catatan berikut ini di buat untuk membantu dalam penulisan press release yang sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah penulisan yang benar, sehingga mampu mempertahankan posisi Top 10 di search engine.

Cara- cara menulis press release yang baik:

1. Informasi yang ditulis harus newsworthy (cukup layak untuk dijadikan berita).
2. Usahakan informasi tersebut dapat membuat pembacanya semakin tertarik untuk mencari informasi lebih dalam tentang produk/servis/berita yang ingin disampaikan.
3. Mulailah menulis uraian description di dalam press release anda,kemudian tuliskan mengenai ciri khas dari produk/servis/berita/hotel Anda.
4. Tanyakaan kepada diri anda “bagaimana membuat orang tertarik akan release yg anda buat dan mereka akan tertarik untuk mengunjungi website anda?”
5. Yakinkan pembaca dalam 10 kata pertama bahwa press release yang dibuat itu benar adanya.
6. Hindari penggunaan kata sifat yang berlebihan dan bahasa khayalan.
